Accommodation Rooms
Single/Double room = Individual attendee, or attendee sharing one room with a spouse/partner.
*Twin room = Two attendees attending the conference and sharing one room with two beds.

Partner & Children Registrations
Partners & Children are welcome to attend Conference however they are not required to register. You will be able to purchase additional tickets to activities and social functions during your own registration for your partner and/or children.

Payment Options
Direct deposit, credit card and commission deduction* are the accepted methods of payment.
Further payment details will be available during the registration process.
*To qualify for commission deduction payments, you must be registered by Friday 18 February 2022. Deductions of $50 per week will commence Wednesday 2 March until Wednesday 2 November 2022.

  • All cancellations and changes to your registration and accommodation(if booked through Bel Events) must be notified in writing to Bel Events at affinia@belevents.com.au
  • Registration cancellations received between Thursday 24 February to Thursday 31 March 2022 will incur 50% cancellation fees of the total registration fee
  • Cancellations received from Friday 1 April 2022 will incur a 100% cancellation fee for each room night released. *This applies to all pre & post accommodation booked too

Cancellations due to Australian Government Directives

  • If border control measures or government restrictions prevent a delegate from attending, no cancellation charges will be debited to their Affinia Commission Account
  • In this occurs, the Affinia Conference team will contact the delegate directly to confirm next steps.

COVID Safe Conference Planning

The Affinia Conference team is working closely with Hamilton Island to ensure the safety of all attendees. The Conference will adhere to the Queensland Government COVID safe guidelines for an event of this size and nature. These guidelines address how to mitigate the risks associated with the potential transmission of COVID-19. Please note that a COVID Safe Event Plan for the conference will be prepared to ensure all requirements are addressed and adhered to. Further details will be provided on the COVID Safe Plan closer to the event based on the current requirements and restrictions.
