REGISTRATION

WHEN DO REGISTRATIONS CLOSE? 

All registrations must be received no later than Friday 1 April 2022.

CAN I PAY BY COMMISSION DEDUCTION? 

If you have selected to pay by commission deduction, deductions will commence the payment period Wednesday 2 May to Wednesday 2 November 2022 (this will occur weekly for 35 weeks). You have until Friday 4 February 2022 to select this option. Otherwise payment by credit card or direct deposit are your other options.

ARE YOU ABLE TO BRING YOUR PARTNER OR CHILD? 

Partners & Children are welcome to attend the Conference however they are not required to register. You will be able to purchase additional tickets to social functions during your own registration for your partner and/or children.

FLIGHTS / TRAVEL 

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION PACKAGE? 

Flights are NOT included in any registration package. Flights are to be arranged at your own expense, however Bel Events can assist with your travel. If you would like assistance this option is available during the registration process otherwise you can email the team at affinia@belevents.com.au

Note: May is a busy time in Hamilton Island and with limited direct services flying from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we suggest you book your flights early so you do not miss out.

ACCOMMODATION

DO I NEED TO PREPAY FOR MY PRE & POST ACCOMMODATION? 

All accommodation booked through Bel Events for Hamilton Island will need to be prepaid no later than 30 days prior to the conference.

IS MY PRE & POST ACCOMMODATION REFUNDABLE? 

All conference rate accommodation booked through Bel Events for Hamilton Island, is non refundable 30 days prior to your arrival date.
